As each herbal product is individually dispensed for you, I cannot accept returns. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item then do email me at info@nicolabradshaw.com as soon as you receive it.

In the case that a parcel is returned to me following an unsuccessful delivery that wasn't collected at your local delivery office I will contact you again to arrange a further delivery and to request postage costs. Any previous postage charges will not be refunded.
